1. Who we are
Aplica DS is an open-source design token system developed and maintained by Poe Bellentani. For questions related to privacy and data processing, please contact us at privacy@aplica.me.
2. Data we collect
We collect data only in the situations described below:
2.1 Analytics (with your consent only)
With your permission, we use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to understand how the site is used. Data collected includes: anonymous session identifier, pages visited, session duration, device type, and country of origin (IP address anonymized). No personally identifiable data is collected through analytics.
2.2 Scheduling (/pro page)
When you book a session on the /pro page, you use the Calendly service, which collects your name and email address for scheduling purposes. Calendly is an independent data processor subject to its own privacy policy.
2.3 Local preferences (never sent to servers)
We store your theme (light/dark) and language preferences locally in your browser via
localStorage. This data is never transmitted to any server and remains
exclusively on your device. It is not considered personal data.
3. Legal basis
Analytics data processing is carried out on the basis of your explicit consent (LGPD, art. 7°, I; GDPR, art. 6(1)(a)). You may withdraw this consent at any time by clicking "Cookie preferences" in the site footer. Data processed via Calendly occurs only when you voluntarily initiate a booking and is governed by Calendly's terms.
4. Data processors
We use the following third-party services that may process data on our behalf:
- Google LLC (Google Analytics 4) — site usage analytics with anonymized IP and 14-month data retention.
- Calendly Inc. — session scheduling on the /pro page; collects user name and email.
- Google LLC (Google Fonts CDN) — typographic font loading; your IP address may be exposed to Google's servers when the page loads.
5. Retention periods
- Google Analytics: analytics data retained for 14 months (GA4 default setting).
- Calendly: per Calendly Inc.'s own retention policy.
- Local preferences: remain in your browser until you clear browser data or revoke consent on this site.
6. Your rights

- Confirm whether your data is being processed
- Access the data we hold about you
- Correct incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated data
- Request deletion of data processed on the basis of consent
